Wow, so our first baby girl is now officially seven years old. How crazy is that?! She is such a beautiful, strong, graceful, giving and caring person, and we are truly blessed to have her in our lives.

We had a blast putting on her birthday party this year - she is OBSESSED with all things Harry Potter so it was no shock that she chose that as her theme. She also chose to have a spell book birthday cake, organized games during the party, and she really wanted magic wands. And, as you can imagine, we took just a few photos of the event (what can I say, it was beautiful lighting - and I cut out half of the photos for this selection!!!!)

Jamie was a brilliant potions teacher, they played a muggle version of quidditch, they played de-gnoming the garden, they played charm tag and they practiced their specific spells like "Eat Snails" (couldn't find a gummy slug - and as much as I love playing along I was NOT willing to put a real live slug in my mouth!) and "Illuminate" to light the candle on the cake. Lots of fun! And now it's time to rest up before planning Tiegan's fourth party in one month!

I can't believe my first baby is about to turn 7, that is just so crazy old!!!! She had a great last day at Pedalheads today - her and Tiegan both took a second week of this camp and are doing great on their bikes. Kea's group focused on safety while road-riding and learning all of the hand signals, while Tiegan's group focused on not falling off of their bikes and steering somewhat of a straight line!!! Jamie and I walked down today and took a few photos of their last day.

We're all about Harry Potter around here while we get ready for the big party on Sunday - should be lots of fun! And I'm sure I'll have a photo or two of the big event for you!

Ryland is set to MOVE!!! He's such a busy, busy guy these days, and bound and determined to figure out this whole crawling thing!!! We need to get this house cleaned up and find a place for all of our playmobile, because although he can't quite crawl yet, you should see him move around just by squirming and rolling over!!! Today I took a photo sequence of him rolling about within 10 minutes, getting from one side of our dining room to the other!!!!!!
